Exciting Trade Show Opportunity at our upcoming
“GENERATE 2012 – October 28 to 30, 2012”
Dear Trade Show Participant:
I would like to invite you to be an exhibitor in the trade show portion of our upcoming conference “GENERATE 2012” to be held in October, 2012.
This year’s conference will be held in Vancouver, B.C. from October 28 to 30 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The conference commences on Sunday evening with an opening reception and continues Monday and Tuesday with closing reception at 4:00.
This year’s Exhibitor Package includes:
- Booth framing, drape, power, lighting, wireless internet, table & chairs
- Opening Reception Sunday, September 28 – Mosaic Bar & Grill on the 2nd Floor of the Hyatt – open to exhibitors to start their networking activities after setting up their booths.
- Breakfasts, Sandwich/Beer Buffet lunches, Beer on the Tradeshow Floor on Monday and the cocktail receptions on Monday & Tuesday will take place at stations throughout the exhibitor floor to give you optimum exposure to conference delegates.
Exhibitor pricing for 2012 is as follows (all prices are in Canadian dollars):

- Early Bird Conference Registration = $875.00
- Trade show booth space = $2,195.00
- Early Bird Conference Registration = $1,075.00

You will be able to view the tradeshow floor plan and enter three booth choices by listing the booth number in order of preference. Once I receive the notification of an online booth registration, I will go in and assign the booth. Due to demand, any registrations received without payment cannot be held. Only one company can occupy a booth and booth sharing will not be permitted.
Exhibitor companies are permitted 2 trade show only passes for the purposes of having 2 employees work at their booths. Additional trade show only passes can be purchased at the cost of $99.00 for members and $125.00 for non-members. Only registered delegates are permitted to attend the seminars in the plenary rooms. This policy will be strictly enforced. Final confirmation of the names for the trade show only passes will be required by October 12th in order to prepare tradeshow passes for exhibitors.
Set-up for the trade show will take place at 12:00 noon on Sunday, October 28 and must be completed by 5:00 p.m. This year’s Ice Breaker Reception is being held in the Mosaic Bar & Grill on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt. All exhibitors are invited to attend this event to begin your networking with conference delegates. Tear down will occur at the end of the conference and cannot commence prior to 4:00 pm on Tuesday, October 30. Dismantling early is unfair to neighboring Exhibitors who are still trying to conduct business and will not appreciate the disturbance created by early dismantling. Exhibitors who dismantle early will not be invited to return to Generate 2013.

Requests for all refunds must be made in writing. 50% of booth costs are refundable up to July 31, 2012. There will be no refunds after July 31, 2011.
